The International Journal of Innovative Studies (IJIS) currently operates under a full open access model. Authors may be required to pay a modest Article Processing Charge (APC) to help cover the costs of publishing, website hosting, DOI registration, indexing, and long-term archiving.

Fee waivers are available upon request and are subject to editorial discretion, especially for authors from low-resource institutions or developing regions.
